We want you to love your colorful new look, but if your purchase doesn't bring you pure joy, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Simply start your return process below to send your items back to the Care-a-Lot warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Relax

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
